After eating vongole everyday for a week, I came back from Vulcana in Sicily, needing to carry on the trend. This time I made it Goth with squid ink spaghetti and N'duja for a rich and spicy change.
going to try this on the weekend for guests with no test run. I am in spain so I will use sobrasada although I think nduja would be better, any thoughts on that? Wish me luck, and thank you. I have not stopped thinking about this recipe since you posted.

vongole is my death row meal. and the only thing I will willingly drink sauvignon blanc with, clams and SB are heavenly partners
