If you saw my post about sugars, you will know that I’m really trying to cut down and I’m giving some of the sugar alternatives a go, but also, I’m in my collagen era and while the jury is out on whether the liquid collegian beauty supplements work, I’ve been using the high-quality grass-fed, freeze-dried stuff for about a year in my coffees. I can honestly say that my skin and nails look better for it. They’re so expensive though, because you won’t get the Conjugated Linoleic Acids from them unless they are organic and grass fed. I use Ossa, but it’s about £32 a bag. That said it lasts a month for coffees, just a bit less if you’re putting it into everything. I make it work by mostly cooking cheaper cuts of meat that contain collagen naturally.
