Its rich in cholesterol busting monounsaturated fats, vitamin E and K. Since BREXIT, with import charges being off the scale, we have seen the price of all oils, but particularly olive oil shoot sky high, so is it’s time to look at more affordable solutions? Is Olive oil the best oil to cook with anyway?
